Dawn Lee Forgione

Born and raised in New York City, Dawn Forgione has brought her signature energy, integrity, and dedication to Southeast Florida’s real estate market for nearly 30 years. From the fairways to the ocean, she has built a stellar reputation as an award-winning residential Realtor specializing in luxury waterfront homes, beachside condominiums, country club communities, active adult neighborhoods, and new construction.

Together with her business partner—and brother—Scott Bennett, Dawn forms one half of The Property Siblings, a dynamic team known for their personalized service and around-the-clock commitment to clients.

Dawn’s true passion lies in helping senior homeowners—what she affectionately calls the “55 Forever” community—navigate life transitions with care and expertise. She holds both the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Probate Real Estate designations, reflecting her deep understanding of the unique needs of mature buyers and sellers.

Outside of real estate, Dawn is an avid pickleball player, enjoys taking a swing at golf, and treasures time with her family. A proud breast cancer survivor, she is also an active supporter of the American Cancer Society, participating each year in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk.
