Dawn Smith is a seasoned real estate professional who understands the importance of putting her clients first. 2004 was the beginning of her real estate career, and over the years she has built an extensive client base through strong networking relationships with lenders, title companies and previous buyers and sellers.

Employing a high-tech approach, she utilized FaceTime to assist overseas buyers view property and purchase a home. Addressing immediate and long-term goals of her clients is a high priority. Dawn's roots are based in Chicago but she has been a Houstonian for 25 years. She graduated from The College of the Mainland with an Associate degree in Business. Her professional memberships include, ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative, MRP, Military Relocation Specialist and SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist. She is a member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, and volunteers with the Houston Food Bank and Barc Animal Rescue Donations and Fostering.
