About Daysi
Daysi Prado is a friendly realtor working from our home office in Parsons. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she works with clients who are Spanish-speaking or English-speaking. She delights in getting to know them on such a personal level. Daysi says, “Picking the house where they will spend most of their days… That’s pretty personal!”
With a background as an administrative assistant, Daysi loves the energy of the business and enjoys communicating with her clients. As a child, Daysi admired her mother, who worked as a loan officer, and she felt drawn to the activity, organization, and rapport-building that came with the profession. This left a lasting impression and led her to pursue a career in real estate.
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Daysi and her family fell in love with Tennessee and have called it home since 2017. She resides in Lexington with her husband Fernando, their teenage son Seth, and twins Elena and Esaias. Her family is very active and enjoys spending time outdoors. Daysi is involved in her community as a Pathfinders Director for her church, where she plans camp outs, instructional projects, fun days, outdoor events, and community service activities. She also is passionate about gardening, often propagating plants and sharing them with friends, and spending time in the kitchen learning and perfecting her mother’s Salvadoran cuisine.
