Alison approaches real estate and client service in the same manner that she attacks all things -- with creativity, passionate energy, and authenticity. With over 25 years as a DC-area resident, Alison has worked in client services and sales since her days at the GW including a long career in sports medicine, a hospitality tech start up, and leasing for a local developer, Ditto Residential. No matter the industry she has worked in, her guiding principle has always been a commitment to working with people and helping them attain their goals. Alison believes that truly getting to know her clients coupled with a quick wit, sincerity, and dedication to her clients' happiness is what has allowed her to be successful. Once you work with her, she is your forever realtor and is always eager to help her clients in any way necessary both during and after their real estate transactions have ended.

She discovered her love of real estate when purchasing her first condo in Logan Circle in 2009 and began working in the industry full time in 2016. Since then she has been involved in sales throughout various neighborhoods in DC, MD, and VA and has a perfect 5/5 review score from past clients. She employs a total hands-on approach, is known for clear and frequent written and verbal communication, and has an incredible eye for detail both with properties themselves and in dealing with client wants and needs.

She is a yearly volunteer with various arts and music festivals including Burning Man and DC's Funk Parade, lives out her former NCAA softball D1 athlete life on evenings and weekends, and regularly fosters and helps find adoptive parents for rescue puppies with K9 Lifesavers. A lover of street art, she enjoys walking around DC with her dog, Ringo, and her foster puppies exploring the nooks and crannies of the city and finding new pieces to photograph. With ties to the DC restaurant, arts, and entertainment scenes, she especially enjoys keeping a pulse on what's new and happening in and around the city and can often be found at a new restaurant, gallery opening, or frequenting the city's exceptional live music venues.
