Catherine Czuba

Catherine's reputation for preparing and delivering exceptional homes for market is well known throughout the region, as is her high volume of sales no matter the market conditions. Though she originally dreamed of becoming a wilderness ranger, a career in business beckoned and she honed her skills as a business manager, then as a director for a real estate company specializing in multi-family properties. She turned her attention to residential sales in 2002 and founded the Czuba Group in 2008. In 2015, Catherine was appointed Senior Vice President of Compass DC. That same year she was named among the top 1% agents nationwide Real Trends and the Wall Street Journal. She is also a recipient of the Compass Integrity Award and has been recognized the Washingtonian as one of Washington's Top Realtors for six consecutive years.

Catherine's love of international travel has taken her around the globe, and she has lived in Japan and Australia. If she's not working or traveling, she can likely be found at the theater, engaging in a fitness activity, or exploring nature. She currently lives in Mount Pleasant where she is inspired every day the ever-changing cityscape and Rock Creek National Park, both of which are right outside her door. She is the founder of the Czuba Group.
