Jeanne has been proud to call Capitol Hill home since 1985, back in the days when her beloved neighborhood’s charms were not quite as evident as they are today. A successful D.C. real estate agent since 2004, Jeanne partnered with Phil Guire in 2006. The Phil and Jeanne Team were consistently recognized as top producers by their former brokerage, Coldwell Banker, and they joined Compass to launch the agency’s Capitol Hill office.
Active in the local community for many years, Jeanne has served on the board of the Capitol Hill Association of Merchants and Professionals, the Stanton Park Neighborhood Association, and the Cheverly Swim Club. As a Capitol Hill resident, she has been involved in numerous residential restoration/renovation projects. As an agent, she takes great joy in helping clients see the hidden possibilities in houses.
A lifetime member of the Washington Area Bicyclists Association (WABA), Jeanne is almost as passionate about bicycling as she is about real estate. She and her husband, Randolph, have toured by bicycle extensively throughout Western Europe and the U.S., and most recently, across Costa Rica. She is an unabashed Tour de France fanatic, and she is always happy to saddle up to look at properties with a client by bike.
Jeanne is a graduate of the School of Architecture at the Catholic University of America, with a concentration in Historic Preservation. She spent 15 years in hotel management, honing her excellent customer service skills at The Ritz Carlton, The Willard, The Sheraton Grand, and The Washington Court hotels.
