Phil became a D.C. real estate agent in 2004 and joined forces with Jeanne Harrison in 2006. Since then, the team has been consistently recognized among the top producers on Capitol Hill and nationwide. Originally from Michigan, Phil is a vociferous supporter of all U of M sports teams. And his Michigan blood makes him nearly impervious to D.C. winters—he’s known for wearing shorts year round. Phil prides himself on being a neighborhood booster, attending numerous school and community events every year. He was on the Board at the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop (CHAW) for three years and served as the Junior Warden at St. Mark’s Church, where he oversaw the recently completed parish hall renovation and expansion.
Prior to real estate, Phil worked on Capitol Hill for Senators and Governors, and in fundraising both in and out of politics, including a stint as the Washington Performing Arts Society Corporate Fundraiser. Phil plays the cello, and enjoys cooking, tennis, and golf. He lives on Capitol Hill with his wife, Sarah, two daughters, and Wookie, their fierce Yorkshire Terrier.
