We had an excellent buying experience with Randy as our realtor. We had looked homes for a long time before contacting any realtors and when the time came to pick a realtor Randy was an easy choice. He was patient throughout the process and offered great insight into neighborhoods, developments, and what would or might not be a good fit for what we were looking for. With Randy's guidance we were fortunate to go under contract in just a few weeks. Where Randy really shined was how we helped us through the process of getting under contract, negotiating, and managing contingencies. We were first time home buyers so this process was very new to us, and having Randy to keep things moving and organized was a huge help and a weight off our shoulders. He got us an appliance warranty paid the sellers which has already saved us a ton of money in repairs. Another great thing about Randy is that even after closing he has been in contact with us to make sure everything has been going smoothly with our new home. Whether we needed a roofer in a pinch or a trusted housekeeper Randy has had great recommendations.
