Licensed in Virginia and DC, Sue has been devoted to the real estate profession for more than 30 years and an area resident for over 40. Today, she's the CEO of The Goodhart Group, a powerhouse team combining cutting-edge real estate technology with unparalleled DC area know-how.  But don't be fooled by the title.  Sue is hands-on with all her clients and has a strong administrative team to make sure every detail is attended to.  As a listing specialist, she works with people relocating, downsizers, and move-up buyers who need to sell.   Her team of buyer agents knows the metro area extremely well and has successfully guided buyers through today's fast-moving market.    

The Goodhart Group has been named among the top teams in the country by the Wall Street Journal and Sue is recognized as a top producer by Washingtonian Magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine, Arlington Magazine, and DC Living to name just a few.  Prior to her career in real estate, she earned a Master's Degree in Urban Planning from Harvard University and spent 14 years as a small business owner in Old Town Alexandria. Because of their love of Community, The Goodhart Group was named the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce Overall Business of the year in 2019.
