About Todd

Todd has been a trusted real estate advisor for 15 years and has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell property. He has been among the top 1% of Realtors nationwide for over a decade. Todd lives with his family of 4 in Solana Beach in North County San Diego and also splits his time in Maryland.  He is a licensed Realtor in 4 jurisdictions - CA, DC, MD, and VA - with significant experience in helping clients relocate in and out of state.  He is a Founding Agent of the first Compass office outside of NYC and is still the Principal of the Vassar Broermann Group of Compass DC.
