DeAnn Harvie Kennedy
Born and raised in the Bay Area, I’ve spent over 20 years immersed in the world of sales and design—passions that naturally led me to real estate. I live in the Montclair Hills of Oakland with my husband, a landscape architect in San Francisco, and our two daughters. After living and working in New York City, we returned to the Bay to raise our girls near my identical twin sister. That move sparked something special— The Harvie Team was born from our shared love for homes, community, and connection.
I’ve always been drawn to beautiful interiors and the way a space can reflect who you are. With a background in design and a talent for building relationships, I bring a fresh, thoughtful approach to buying and selling homes. Born and raised in the Bay Area, we’re identical twins who have always shared more than just DNA—we share a deep love for real estate, design, and connecting people with the perfect home. With Lisa in Moraga and DeAnn in Montclair (Oakland Hills), we’re just a stone’s throw away from each other—perfect for our Friday night family dinners (if not more!). Our daughters are best friends, our husbands joke that they have two wives, and our partnership in real estate is built on that same sense of family, trust, and collaboration.
