After more than 20 years in real estate, I've learned that buying and selling homes isn't really about houses—it's about people, relationships, and helping clients make smart decisions during major life transitions. That's why my business has been built one client, one family, and one referral at a time.

I've been helping buyers and sellers throughout the Denver Metro area since 2002, and today, the vast majority of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals. In fact, one family alone has trusted me with more than 15 transactions over the years. That's something I never take for granted and a responsibility I work hard to earn every day.

I've called the Denver Metro area home since 1981, giving me decades of firsthand knowledge of the communities, neighborhoods, schools, growth patterns, and market trends that shape our region. Because my business is referral-based, I've had the opportunity to help clients throughout the entire metro area—north, south, east, and west—which gives me a unique perspective on how each community fits into the larger Denver market.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked for a home builder, experience that continues to benefit my clients today. Combined with building my own custom home, it gives me valuable insight into construction, builder contracts, home design, and the building process that many agents simply don't have.

First-time buyers appreciate the education, guidance, and steady hand I provide throughout the process. Experienced homeowners often tell me they never realized how much value a great agent could bring until they worked with me. I'm known for being intuitive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. I often tell my clients, "Don't freak out until I freak out." After hundreds of transactions, I've learned that most real estate problems have solutions. My job is to stay calm, think clearly, and guide my clients through whatever comes our way. Real estate has taught me that there is almost always a path forward—you just need someone experienced enough to find it.

I wasn't raised around wealth or real estate. My father was a painter, my mother was a secretary, and I learned early that success comes from hard work, perseverance, and earning people's trust. As the youngest of six children, I developed a strong work ethic, a competitive spirit, and a determination to succeed that still drives me today.

When I'm not helping clients navigate their next move, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband Erik, whom I married in 2004. Together we've built a life we love in Castle Rock, where we enjoy entertaining friends and family at the home Erik designed himself—and no, he's not an architect!

We're proud grandparents to Elliot and Lincoln, who live less than two miles away, connected by a trail that ends at "Gigi & Pappy's House," making it easy to be a big part of their everyday lives. Our household is completed by three dogs: Pickles the PapiPoo, Skipper the Schnoodle, and Fonzie, a big white dog who is convinced the world is a much scarier place than it actually is.

Outside of real estate, I love gardening, baking sourdough bread, golfing, and relaxing on my back deck with a glass of "Kim" (Kim Crawford, of course) while enjoying another beautiful Colorado evening.

Erik and I are PADI Advanced Open Water scuba divers and love exploring the underwater world and the tropical destinations that come with it. While Colorado will always be home, Belize is my favorite place to escape, combining two of my favorite things: warm sunshine and incredible diving.
