Deannah is meticulous, savvy, and a pleasure to work with. I worked with Deannah right before quarantine, with a goal of buying a bigger house in the city. My plans drastically changed a few months later and Deannah was there to see me through to my new goals of moving out to the suburbs. She became a source of expertise, and calm, in a very crazy market. When it came time to sell my house she worked tirelessly to make sure I got the best offer possible for my house. My open house was a talk of the neighborhood! Finally - when it seemed like I was looking at house after house and I would feel frustrated with the process, Deannah was a supportive confidant and friend. And even when we looked at houses that were duds - it was an opportunity to hang out with a great person! I am glad to have worked with Deannah - and lucky to have her in my circle.

My wife and I officially closed on our home on September 18, but I couldn't seem to write this review until now (October 16), because it was difficult to find the words to express that Deannah was the sole reason my wife and I were able to find a home we love, and relocate across the country, during a pandemic. You'd have to understand that we weren't able to view any of the homes in person; we had to rely on our agent, and her showings via video conference, to make our decision. This was only possible because of Deannah's honesty, integrity, work ethic, knowledge of the city and its neighborhoods, and her ability to internalize our needs. We ended up in the perfect home - a home we love even more than the one we left to move to Philadelphia, and which we had seen in person, half a dozen times. I also want to note that during this period of time, the market in Philadelphia was absolutely insane. Houses priced well, regardless of neighborhood, were receiving offers within hours of listing, and off the market in less than a day. Even despite this environment, Deannah is so warm and pleasant to work with that she was able to negotiate with the seller and obtain credits and concessions on our behalf. Not only would I recommend Deannah to anyone looking for an agent to help them purchase a home in the Philadelphia area, I would say unequivocally that she is one of the most professional, helpful, and generous people we know. We really owe her a debt of gratitude.
