Deanne Anderson

Deanne is an Associate at the La Canada Flintridge office. Working with people, understanding the Real Estate sales process, maintaining a professional attitude and always keeping her clients' best interest at heart is why Deanne has excelled in her real estate career. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2002 and is a member of the Pasadena Foothill Association of Realtors. Deanne is tenacious, well-respected by her peers and a highly productive agent. Her Real Estate experience began with building and selling homes with her husband. With three generations of builders in the Anderson family, real estate has become second nature. Since earning a bachelor's Degree from CSUN in 1986, Deanne has gained professional experience in marketing, residential Real Estate sales, property management and commercial Real Estate. Her unique expertise of the market comes from building, working and growing up in her market area. Deanne's strengths with her clients are her expertise of the local market place, her keen understanding of construction and home design and her excellent rapport with local Realtors. Born and raised in California, Deanne moved to the Los Angeles area in 1973 and graduated from Crescenta Valley High. Deanne has lived throughout the Crescenta Valley and has been a resident of La Canada Flintridge since 2000. She is married to Matt Anderson, a well-respected general contractor; also raised in the Crescenta Valley. Deanne and Matt have three beautiful daughters Morgan, Madison and Micaela who all graduated from La Canada High school and excelled as collegiate athletes. The Anderson family has since grown adding 2 son-in-laws and 3 amazing grandchildren!
