"Deb Burke was an amazing seller's agent for the 4.5 months it took to deal with the preparation, showing, and sale of our mom's 1960's ranch home in Carlisle. As the out-of-state children of the house's owner, we had limited time on site to manage decluttering. She used her Boy Scout leader skills to find help to remove a basement wood collection. She recommended a dumpster company, an electrician, and a  plumber. She welcomed our interior painter, and worked with him to bring a frozen pipe event under control, leading to full reimbursement by insurance. She negotiated the Title 5 septic inspection and  replacement system, including the bond and slow-moving approval from the Board of Health.  She staged the house perfectly. She kept in close touch with our real estate legal team and even spotted an error. She chose a selling price that led to overbids. All in all, I cannot imagine a more competent agent."
