About Deb
As a San Fernando Valley native and a successful real estate agent, I strive every day to exceed my clients’ expectations.

After graduating from UC San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, I returned to Los Angeles to excel in both the Advertising and Insurance industries. In terms of real estate, my education is never complete. I bring to real estate all I have learned from both prior industries, specifically high-level marketing and customer service skills. I continually invest time, money and thought into the latest sales, marketing and negotiation techniques.

On a personal note, I attribute my success not only to my passion for homes, staging and customer service, but also to my intuition regarding the psychology of buying and selling. In addition, I am well versed and experienced in neighboring markets, with past real estate experience in Burbank, Pasadena, Rancho Cucamonga, Camarillo, Hollywood, Woodland Hills, and other areas of the San Fernando Valley.

As a current Stevenson Ranch resident, I am well-connected and actively involved in the community. I am especially proud to be an active volunteer for our local non-profit, Circle of Hope, providing emotional, financial and wellness support to Santa Clarita cancer patients. Best of all, for every escrow closed I give a portion of my personal commission back to the charity of my client's choice!

Along with my service in the community, I also enjoy travel, cooking, reading and spending time with my husband, 11 year old son, Black German Shepherd (Klaus), and Guinea Pigs (Banjo and Leon.)
