"I met with Deb a year ahead of putting our home on the market. We had built a lake house in North Carolina and we had started to move furniture into the home when it was completed in 2018. Our home in Reston had been our home for almost 30 years. We had done some remodeling updates etc but I wanted to start the conversation early to give us enough time to prepare the house for what looked like a robust selling market. The discussion included the pros and cons of a variety of work/upgrades that would yield the best returns on our investments. Deb was invaluable throughout the process. As the date approached to market the house, Deb was extremely helpful in staging the home. As I mentioned, we had already moved our favorite furniture so we needed to repurpose the remaining furniture to fill the rooms. Again, Deb was there moving furniture, rugs, pictures etc. so the house was warm and inviting to potential buyers. She even shared a picture of hers to hang in the nursery/playroom designated for my grandchildren. The room needed a ‘little something’ and she had that something to add. Deb was very accessible...emails, texts. FaceTime, and phone calls were always responded to in a timely fashion. The house went on the market and sold in 3 days, and I have no doubt that Deb’s preparations and hard work contributed immensely to the sale! Her diligence didn’t stop at the sale, she was available throughout the closing process too, which has its own set of rules and regulations. My husband, John, needed an apartment after the sale, to continue working in the DC area and Deb was active in locating just the one we needed. John and I highly recommend Deb for any and all your residential needs. Her work ethic, commitment to her clients and her professionalism is unsurpassed! " - Karen F.

"This was by far the best experience we have had selling a home! I totally attribute it to Debbie's professionalism, contacts within the industry, and creative vision with staging etc. Our house sold in just one weekend at a price exceeding our expectations. She definitely knows the market - including complicated HOA inspections. Couldn't have been happier with our choice of Debbie Anguizola as our realtor! " - Mona and Michael

"Debbie worked tirelessly with us through the selling and buying process. Her local knowledge, patience (with us!) and willingness to go the extra mile are what set her apart from other realtors. She helped us stage our home for selling and helped art direct the photo shoot which is so vital in getting our home sold these days (which she did in under 3 days!) Even after our home was sold, Debbie has helped us with recommendations for local vendors from painting to great shopping tips. We highly recommend Debbie and would not hesitate to recommend her." - Heather and Dwight

About Debbie
I have a passion for helping people find their "happy place." A home is more than four walls and a roof; it’s your safe haven, your comfort zone, your nest. My friends know me as enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and caring, and that is how I approach my client relationships. Whether it’s your first time buying or your tenth, I listen hard to understand your needs and match you with your ideal home. It might take some time, but with patience and persistence, my goal is to find a home that makes your heart smile.

I also understand the importance of having a strategic marketing approach to selling your home. I am a graduate of Northwestern University, with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. I have worked professionally in marketing research and communications, and you can count on me to apply my analytical skills to all aspects of marketing your home.

I moved to Northern Virginia 15 years ago, and I currently live in Reston with my husband and three children. Having moved across the country several times, I understand the stressors that come with the buying, selling, and moving process. As your agent, I work tirelessly so you can rest a little easier.

An active member of my community, I volunteer in many ways, including serving on preschool boards and PTA’s in Fairfax County Public Schools. In my free time, I can be found baking French pastries, running on the beautiful network of trails in Reston, or cheering for my kiddos at soccer games and swim meets.
