"Background: my family bought our second home with help from Debbie. We are in a super competitive market where a normal house usually facing 10+ offers and sold 10%+ above listing price. In our 5 months house hunting process we visited home ranging from $800k+ to $3m. We visited probably ~30 houses, sent ~10 offers, made it into final round ~4 times, and succeed once. We are super happy with the result, and fully aware that we cannot make it without having Debbie in the team, the following are reasons: 1) Communication. My communication with Debbie are super smooth, mainly thank you to her 24*7 support in email/txt/phone. I always received frequent update regarding the property you interested, as well as prompt replies to any of questions we have. 2) Network.
