About Debbie
Debbie Thomas specializes in luxury. She is a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. As such, Debbie finds the best luxury properties - both on and off-market - for her clients. She is a strong negotiator for her clients on both ends of the buying and selling transaction.

She met early success in her real estate career as an investor with both fix/flip and buy/hold properties. She has built a large network of real estate investors throughout the country. Plus, she has a team of attorneys, lenders, title companies, trade vendors, and realtors.

Debbie was at the top of her field as an elementary school teacher, before she took early retirement. As a former teacher, Debbie found the transition into real estate a natural one.  She loves educating her clients on real estate trends and processes. Her clients always walk away with more knowledge and know-how.

Debbie is community-driven. She volunteers at Community First Village and at her church. She started an Adventure social club which grew to 200 members. Debbie has her finger on the pulse of what's happening in and around Austin, making her a valuable consultant to new residents. She and her husband, Craig, have been in Austin since 2014 when they moved to Leander from Michigan.
From the music scene to the variety of restaurants, to the endless trails, to boating on Lakes Travis and Austin, she enjoys all that Austin has to offer.

Debbie is a travel enthusiast, a foodie as well as a fundraising cyclist. As part of a cycling group, she bikes through Travis and Williamson counties raising dollars to support Breast Cancer. Previous fundraising efforts have raised thousands of dollars for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Debbie and Craig live in Leander with their dog, Cash. They have two adult married children. Dana, who lives in Georgetown; and Kirk, who lives in Michigan.
