Debbie Vega

Debbie Vega has worked in the real estate industry for over 4 years in partnership with HTX Living as a
business coach and consultant. She has over 30 years of business experience specifically in sales,
negotiations and client service. After requesting more sales training from Debbie for our agents, we
agreed that she would obtain her real estate license. In a short period of time, she has exceeded
expectations thanks to her network, sales experience and drive.

Over the years Debbie has purchased and sold many homes. Whether she is representing a buyer or a
seller, she is in the unique position of genuinely being able to put herself in her client’s shoes. She
brings this experience and her passion for excellent client service to the table.

As a coach and consultant in the industry, Debbie provides her clients with the most up-to-date market
and financial information, using all her resources, negotiation skills and creativity to bring sellers an
opportunity to get the most out of their home.

She works with her clients to provide them with the ultimate buyer’s experience. In doing so, her clients
can expect her to understand not only their hopes for a future home but most importantly what their
current home situation is and why they are looking to make a move. This approach enables her to truly
be a buyer’s assistant, providing the highest level of client service and value. This is especially evident
when she works with first-time home buyers, taking them through the process and working as their
advocate and advisor every step of the way.

Debbie is a graduate of the University of Houston with a BS in Accounting. She retired from
PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2018 and started a coaching and consulting company, Vega Inspired
Solutions that same year. She continues to coach and consult on behalf of HTX Living, as well as real
estate agents outside the brokerage. She has many hobbies and has many accomplishments, most
notably she completed the Camino de Santiago in June of 2022, a 500 mile hike across Spain. She loves
to give back to the community and has been an active board member of Bel Inizio, a nonprofit that helps
disadvantaged women develop self-confidence and life skills through fitness and nutrition.
