Debbie Webb Watson

Growing up in Birmingham, Alabama, with a natural love for sports, Debbie graduated from Auburn University.  After a cross-country move, she began developing her sales skills while enjoying a West Coast lifestyle.  Eventually gravitating back to the Southeast, Debbie worked in software sales and with regular customer meetings on the golf course, she sharpened both her game and her negotiating skills.  She began investing in real estate along Northwest Florida’s coast and eventually started her own development company.  It wasn’t long before she fell completely in love with 30A and decided to make selling real estate in its unique communities her full-time passion in 2003.

Debbie has been honored to receive in the past the “Highest Sale Award” the “Extraordinary Sale Award” along with other top awards in her industry.  She has sold over $250 Million in her career and is excited to continue helping her clients find their perfect slice of beach paradise.
