After successful careers in entertainment and as a Pilates instructor and studio owner, North Shore
native Debbie Zaltman returned home following nearly 30 years in New York and Los Angeles with a
fresh perspective, a lifelong passion for working with people, and a deep appreciation for what makes
this region such a special place to live.
From Broadway national tours and network television to entrepreneurship and more than two decades
working one-on-one with clients, Debbie's professional life has always centered on communication,
connection, and understanding what matters most to people. Those experiences shape the thoughtful,
highly personalized approach she brings to real estate today.
Having lived in some of the country's most dynamic cities, Debbie brings a unique perspective to the
North Shore lifestyle. She enjoys helping clients discover the character of each community—from
