​We first met Debi when we sold our first Livermore home in 2011. She worked diligently to prep the property in order to obtain the highest possible return for us in a pretty turbulent market at that time. That transaction went swimmingly and we established a great friendship with her and her family. When it came time to selling our second Livermore home in 2016 we, of course, contacted Debi and once again she worked tirelessly to not only prepare our home for sale, but also to find a replacement property that best suited our needs. Again, Debi was successful on both fronts, getting us multiple offers before our home hit the market at a price we were very happy with. She then proceeded to spend entire days with us in that search. In the end, her extra efforts were again successful and very much appreciated.
