Deborah Hale

Moving to the Destin area in 1980, Deborah has seen the sleepy beach and fishing communities of Destin and South Walton blossom into the thriving popular resort destination today. Deborah’s real estate career began in 1982 in Destin, then moved on to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, working as an agent there for nearly 29 years. Ten years ago Deborah joined Vacasa Real Estate and is now proud to be a part of the Compass Real Estate team. Having worked in the specialized field of resort real estate for 40 years, Deborah is always thrilled to match the perfect resort home to her customers’ needs. Prior to her real estate career Deborah was in radio and television news in Alabama and Florida. She has her BFA from the University of Montevallo and worked toward her masters at the University of Alabama. Born in Alabama, Deborah grew up in Pensacola, Florida and South Carolina. But when she came back to Florida in 1980 she knew she was home at last and looks forward to helping others find that sense of home.
