"Marty and Deborah distinguished themselves in the following ways: They did a great job pricing our property. We had no idea that our house could command such a high price! Their many years of experience count. They insisted on carefully preparing the house for sale, offering both great guidelines and hands-on help. They engaged an excellent photographer who used both still photos and 3-D simulation to present the house in an ideal light—despite gloomy weather conspiring to make things difficult! Marty and Deborah prepare the houses they represent in advance and attend every showing. One might think that their attendance would be an annoyance to potential buyers, but on an island it is not.
