After a successful 25-year career in Financial Services—where she led award-winning marketing campaigns and major rebranding initiatives—Debra transitioned her passion for building brands and relationships into real estate.

Since launching her real estate career, Debra has successfully represented clients across a wide range of markets throughout New Jersey, from North Jersey to the Jersey Shore. Her recent sales span towns such as Summit, Springfield, Morristown, Point Pleasant Beach, Mantoloking, Lavallette, and Brick, with transactions ranging from $300,000 to over $4 million. In 2025 alone, she closed over $21 million in sales volume, reflecting her ability to guide clients across diverse price points and property types with confidence and success.

In March 2026, Debra joined Compass to further elevate her business and provide her clients with access to best-in-class technology, marketing, and national reach. She is known for her strong work ethic, creativity, and positive energy, as well as her commitment to delivering a highly personalized, full-service experience. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Communications, Debra lives in New Jersey with her husband. Now empty nesters after raising two sons, they enjoy spending time at their second home down the shore with their puppy, Farley, when her husband isn’t working at Saturday Night Live. Whether in North Jersey or at the shore, they love exploring local communities, supporting small businesses, and appreciate that great real estate—like great comedy—is all about timing and connection.
