Debra has an accomplished background in IT Media program and project management across various business verticals including broadcast television, cable, digital media, advertising and measurement. Recognized for her ability to lead high-performance teams, foster relationships with executives and partners, and drive meaningful business outcomes, Debra brings a unique skill set to the real estate industry.

Her personal passion for home design, renovation, and sustainable building naturally steered her toward real estate. The innovative, end-to-end technology platform offered by Compass provided an ideal environment for Debra to blend her IT expertise with her love for real estate. She embarked on her journey as a Compass Team Marketing & Operations Manager, deepening her understanding of business operations and the local market. 

Today, Debra is a licensed Realtor® and has earned the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)® designations to meet the special needs of mature clients.  She is a member of Compass Plus, a newly formed division at Compass, who’s mission is to provide older adults the highest level of real estate service, ensuring their transitions are smooth, supportive and professionally guided.

Debra operates out of Compass' 30A office in Santa Rosa Beach, a breathtaking stretch of coastline in Northwest Florida known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and upscale beach towns. The region's easy access from major Southeast cities and airports makes it a sought-after destination for primary and secondary homeowners, investors, and vacationing families.
