“Couple years ago while we were looking for a house in SD, I got Jeff's name thru a friend of mine. We only met Jeff once at the beginning of the process when choosing for our desired property. Since we were out of town home buyers, we relied on Jeff to lead us to provide the knowledge of the City and areas. He did impress us with his professionalism. After the initial meet, Jeff led us to visit properties thru video calls & emails & text messages, and we finally found a condo we liked with great value. This time we were ready to sell our property, we couldn't travel due to the pandemic, but we had Jeff as our agent again. He continued to show his professionalism. “Jeff and Jennifer recently assisted with a seemingly impossible feat in the current, turbulent housing market - the simultaneous sale and purchase. I can happily recommend these two because we are currently in the process of moving into a fabulous home after selling our previous place for well over asking.
