Growing up immersed in the world of real estate development in Ireland, a graduate with a BAI in Civil Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, Declan found his way to San Francisco during the bustling dot-com era of the mid-1990s. His journey into real estate began with his first fixer project in 1998, igniting a passion that would soon evolve into a full-fledged career in residential real estate sales by 2003, when he partnered with his wife, Mollie Poe.

Possessing a stellar track record among San Francisco's elite agents, Declan's expertise shines in all the vibrant locales of San Francisco's 7x7 neighborhoods.
