Deena Weinhouse

Deena Weinhouse, a career in real estate was destined. As the daughter of a successful real estate broker on Long Island, Deena grew up in the industry, earnestly admiring the homes in her area and always attentive to the deals being discussed around the dinner table. She is thrilled to bring this lifelong excitement the business to her Westchester clientele.

As a current resident of the picturesque Rivertowns and member of the award-winning Heather Harrison Team, Deena comes to with a passion her area and years of fruitful experience in the Westchester real estate market. Most notably, her clients appreciate her excellent listening skills and generosity of knowledge. She lessens her client’s nerves with her natural ability to build excitement and her kind demeanor. She is responsive, respectful and realistic in her approach.

After a successful career as a trademark lawyer at a New York based intellectual property firm, Deena recognized the value of her unique proficiencies and what that could mean to buyers and sellers in her community. As an attorney, Deena managed all aspects of her clients’ trademark portfolios and worked closely with clients to develop a keen understanding of their business needs and market opportunities. This same diligence and acument inform her business today, attributing to her many successful transactions.

Deena graduated from the University of Michigan and Cardozo School of Law. Along with her husband and two sons, she happily lives in Ardsley’s Boulder Ridge community. She is a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. When not with clients, Deena enjoys hiking the many surrounding trails and preserves in the area, including the Rockefeller Preserve and the Old Croton Aqueduct.
