Powered by a passion for real estate and a positive attitude, Deirdre Coit has spent more than three decades serving greater Palm Springs area buyers and sellers. She got her start at the prestigious Vintage Club and has since built a stellar reputation among both clients and colleagues.

Having some of the most expensive homes in the area, Deirdre specializes in luxury real estate, country clubs and unique, hard-to-sell properties. A lover of architecture and design, she has a knack for zeroing in on what makes a home exceptional and being strategic in her pricing. Deirdre's move to has given her access to industry-leading technology and market insight to enhance and expedite each transaction.

Whether she's working with local sellers or buyers, investors or overseas clients seeking winter retreats, Deirdre is quick to respond. Somewhat of a matchmaker, she gets to know each client personally so she can pair them up with the community and home that best suit their personalities. Since she's lived in Palm Desert all her life, Deirdre can suggest everything from the top schools to the most exclusive golf clubs.

Deirdre resides in the equestrian area of Rancho Mirage with her physician husband, Alan. They have two grown children, Rachel and Justin, who both attended USC. Deirdre is a past board member of the Desert Aids Project and the ABC Club in Indio. When she's not working, she's likely riding horses, hiking with her dogs, skiing or spending time at her summer ranch in Montana.
