Delaney Rotta

I was born in Los Angeles and raised in Calgary, Alberta. Always being entrepreneurial, I received my Bachelor of Science in Business Management and dove right in to opening a Frozen Yogurt shop many of you may know, called Menchies. I was 26 when we opened at Scottsdale Quarter, and I am grateful for the intense education in business that it gave me.

In 2014, I earned my real estate license and began selling whatever I could. In my first year I sold $310,000 and last year I can proudly say that I closed $25M. I now work closely with my husband, Anthony, a custom home builder at Golden Heritage Homes, which led my focus to new and luxury homes in Fountain Hills/Scottsdale Mountain/PV area.

Having been exposed to the industry at a young age by my father, a premiere home builder in Alberta, real estate was something I was drawn to and helping people find the home of their dreams is something that always fills my heart with excitement. Getting an offer accepted for a client is a thrill that keeps me moving forward in this business. No deal is ever alike, which constantly keeps me striving to learn more and stay focused. I am most grateful for the relationships this business has brought me over the years.
