Delia and her family relocated from France to Southlake in 2007, bringing a distinct perspective and comprehensive knowledge of both international and local real estate markets. With prior experience in the DFW area from 1997-2001, she possesses a deep understanding of the region's nuances.

Following a successful two-decade career in international sales, operations, and business development within the high-tech and telecommunications sectors, Delia 'retired' in 2013. Since then, she has immersed herself in diverse experiences, managing a family investment company, taking on leadership roles in local PTOs, fundraising for schools, volunteering with various organizations, and cultivating valuable relationships within the community. Delia's personal involvement in real estate investments, as well as home redesign and remodeling, provides her with practical insights to guide clients through the intricacies of selling, buying, and investing.

Driven, determined, and detail-oriented, Delia employs her exceptional problem-solving abilities with a dynamic and proactive approach in the real estate market.
