Demetri Arnidis

Demetri Arnidis is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a valued member of The McCooey Olivieri Team. A first-generation Greek American who is fluent in Greek, Demetri serves buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors throughout Garden City, Nassau County, Queens and the broader Long Island market.

A lifelong Garden City resident, Demetri attended Garden City High School before earning his degree in Business and Economics from SUNY Cortland. His background in sales, combined with firsthand experience in real estate projects, rentals, and residential transactions, gives him a practical understanding of the details that shape successful outcomes for his clients.
