Denice Giacometti is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and member of The McCooey Olivieri Team. Born and raised in Fresh Meadows, Queens, and a Garden City resident since 1996, Denice offers clients firsthand knowledge of Queens, Garden City, and the broader Long Island market. Her deep connection to the Garden City community includes raising two sons who graduated from Garden City High School and went on to attend leading universities.

Denice is known for her warmth, accessibility, persistence, and genuine commitment to her clients’ needs.
