Denie is the Team Leader of the Apex Home Team of Compass. A TEAM DEDICATED TO RESULTS.

I love helping clients navigate one of the biggest transitions of their lives – buying or selling a home in the Baltimore Metro area. As a Real Estate Advisor, I listen carefully so I can understand what my clients really want to achieve.  This allows me to utilize my experience and provide them with the best information available so they can make the most informed decisions possible. I listen to goals, formulate plans, and work together to achieve success.

With farm roots in North Carolina, England, and Maryland, I have unique knowledge and understanding for the complexities of land and farm acquisitions.  These often include easements and trusts and it’s important that clients have a knowledgeable advisor.  In addition to being a rural expert, I have an extensive sales history in the greater Metropolitan Baltimore area to include luxury & suburban homes, condos, townhouses, and waterfront.

When I am not helping my clients, I love spending time with my family.  Boating, gardening, hiking, and pickleball all keep me energized and fit for the work that I do.
