Denise first embarked on real estate to enhance a family business assisting her husband who is a local builder. Her key role in their business is to identify the right properties to develop either as a "flip" or to keep as an incoming producing property. With this experience, she has developed a deep knowledge of real estate values to assist any builder in finding the margins necessary to make a deal work. This expertise also translates to a prospective homeowner to ensure that their most valuable asset will grow beneath their feet.
The legal skill Denise has mastered as an attorney provides her clients with the 1-2 punch necessary to handily close any real estate transaction with complete assurance.
Denise earned her Bachelor's Degree from Brandeis University and her Juris Doctorate from New York University. She lived in Manhattan for over 10 years and moved to the Manhasset/Port Washington area in 2009, making a pit stop in Great Neck where she was born and raised. Denise has three children attending the Port Washington public schools that participate in countless after school and family activities. The insight gathered as a local resident, she imparts to her clients' generously and will continue to guide them, as they get comfortable in the area.
In addition to Denise's dedication to her family and work, she is an active member of the Community Synagogue and participates in community outreach. She has a passion for tennis, biking, and enjoys shooting the breeze with friends.
