About Denise

Denise is an experienced and dedicated real estate agent who puts her clients' needs first. With a passion for communication and transparency, she ensures that her clients are kept informed every step of the way. Denise's extensive sales experience has equipped her with strong negotiation skills and an aggressive instinct that she uses to her client's advantage.


Denise has been living and working in the New York area for two decades and specializes in residential sales throughout the city, with a particular focus on sales and rentals in the downtown area. As a downtown homeowner, she has an intimate knowledge of the city's diverse neighborhoods, from their geography and architecture to their personalities and properties (She adores pre-war apartments!). Denise works with buyers and sellers, including families, couples, and artists, to find the perfect home for them.


Beyond her sales experience, Denise has spent years honing her creative skills as a writer, actress, and stand-up comedian in Los Angeles and New York. Her clients appreciate her sense of humor and her ability to think outside the box when finding properties they may not have considered independently.


Originally from Old Bridge, New Jersey, Denise graduated early from Rutgers with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, reflecting her passion for health and fitness. After studying acting in Los Angeles for two years, she returned to NYC to continue pursuing her career in screenwriting and comedy. Her stand-up work includes her own show on the Upper West Side and performances in legendary NYC comedy clubs such as Caroline's, Gotham, and Comic Strip Live. Denise currently resides on the Lower East Side with her mini dachshund.
