About Denise
Denise Madan is a Broker Associate with Compass and co-founder of Madan Freis, bringing over 25 years of experience to South Florida real estate. Denise and her partner, Joel Freis are both consistently ranked among the top 1% of Florida agents, working side-by-side to deliver strategic guidance, strong negotiation, and exceptional client care, supported by a marketing-driven, results-focused approach.
Equally important to Denise is giving back and staying connected to creativity. She was twice recognized as RE/MAX’s top office donor supporting Children’s Miracle Network, is a longtime supporter of Juvenile Diabetes research in honor of her stepdaughter, Rebecca Madan Kollaras, and actively supports animal rescues, including Paws4You and 100+ Abandoned Dogs of the Everglades. For the past three years, she has served on the Executive Committee of the Kennedy Kids Foundation, helping raise awareness for teen mental health. Outside of work, Denise loves to travel, and her trips always include exploring local arts, galleries, and museums, inspired by her son, Gabriel Madan, a professional artist.
