Prior to selling, buying, leasing, and managing her client’s real estate, Denise worked as a paralegal for 23 years in San Francisco's legal community, supporting San Francisco's top litigation lawyers. Denise Paulson efficiently helped me rent my first apartment when i moved to San Francisco in 2004. She is an "action" broker. (The tenants renting from the owner from whom i bought were angling to stay on past there lease and force an eviction.
