Growing up in the First State, Denise's fascination with houses began when her family restored an 18th century Georgian manor house in the middle of a cornfield. Since then she has remained an avid explorer of all that Delaware has to offer—from museums and gardens to beaches and parks, including the neighborhoods, historical enclaves, and even new construction.

With a master’s in education, Denise certainly has the heart of a teacher, ready to answer any questions and explain the nuances and sequence of the real estate process as it relates to your specific transaction. In addition, as a botanical-garden-trained horticulturist who designed rooftop and terrace gardens in New York City, Denise will even assist you with your landscaping!
