"Thanks so much for all your hard work & concerned attention selling my mother's house...The whole move & sale could have been one big nightmare. Your willingness to talk to me & the extra effort touched me...You seem to really care about people. I am deeply grateful that we had the good fortune to have someone like you at this time in my mother's life. Why not run for president? ." - Claudia
"...Thank you again for taking the time to prepare a market analysis of my home...I would not hesitate to recommend you to any friends and work associates who might be interested in buying or selling a property in the area. (And in fact, I have already done so.)..." - Scott
"I wanted to commend to you the absolutely superb job done by Dennis Coleman in marketing and selling our house...our choice[of realtors] was based entirely on Dennis's impressive presentation...Dennis was in constant touch with us throughout the process...I had occasion to meet others whom Dennis had helped and who still live in the area. I was impressed by the high esteem in which he is held by these people...To sum up, we could not have had a better agent than Dennis.
." - Roger
"Frank and I are very grateful for all your service, energy, eagerness and humor throughout the period during the sale of our house....Your years of experience proved invaluable plus your manner and responsiveness to all our questions, concerns and needs gave us such a high comfort level....We had great confidence that you did everything possible to get the word out. And that confidence extended to you personally because we saw in you someone of integrity who is genuine and honest, attributes that are so important to us and that before meeting you we had thought did not exist in real estate....we thank you for making what can be a very difficult time so much easier...
" - Jan
"...Over the 20 years we lived at[Chevy Chase, MD Street], we became acquainted with Dennis as we poked around the houses he always seemed to have on the market in the neighborhood. He made us feel welcome...impressed us with his professionalism and warmth. He was clearly a man who knew his business and thoroughly enjoyed what he was doing...His advice and steady hand proved invaluable in both transactions[buying and selling]...Dennis positioned us perfectly, caught the market at the top, and sold the house in one week while we were out of the county...We...look forward to working with Dennis again in the future and recommending him often.
" - John
