About Derek
Derek McLemore, from Southlake, Tx, attended Southlake Carroll before playing football at the University of Houston initially as walk on, but earning a scholarship his sophomore year through his gritty and dedication. After college Derek transitioned to real estate in Dallas, he quickly excelled, earning Rookie of the Year by selling $10mm in two years. He then formed his own team, including his mother Capri, a Chicago native known for her philanthropy and community involvement, she went on to sell over $2mm in her first 8 months. Together, they’ve become a formidable force in the real estate industry.
