Derrick is a multifaceted realtor and industry connoisseur, from a personal perspective and as a maverick among his clients. Ingrained at an early age, Derrick’s inclination for real estate sprouted while observing the security and wealth it could provide through his parents endeavors. His passion was fueled as a young adult; Derrick first obtained his agent's license and then his broker's license while holding down a day job in tech. Shortly thereafter, Derrick successfully flipped his first home in San Francisco netting a profit of over 40%. He was hooked!
Since then, Derrick’s passion for Real Estate has matured and is now his full-time focus. After making the switch to becoming Realtor in 2014, Derrick has sold over 50 homes with a gross revenue of over $60M. Derrick takes great pride in being a diehard advocate for his clients, a skilled negotiator and a resourceful full-service Real Estate Broker. Personally, Derrick owns and has had experience with single family homes, condos, town homes, mixed use and multi unit properties in the Greater SF Bay Area.
When Derrick isn't advising and transacting in Real Estate he spends time with his wife, two kids and Border-Aussie Charlie. You can often find him on the Lands End trail carrying his son's treasured finds (rocks and pine cones), practicing Olympic Lifting at Fubarbell Club or enjoying that cabin life in Tahoe.
