Devin Eutsey

My career in real estate began in 2014 when I started flipping houses. After several years of renovating homes, I launched my own residential construction business, where I gained extensive hands-on knowledge of home construction, renovations, and project management. With a passion for improving homes and helping people, earning my real estate license was the natural next step.  I've been a licensed Realtor since 2018, and I haven't looked back. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. Throughout college, I worked as a bartender, which taught me how to communicate effectively, think on my feet, and stay calm in high-pressure situations. Between bartending, flipping houses, and running a construction business, I've developed the problem-solving skills and adaptability needed to help clients navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
My background in home renovations gives my clients a unique advantage. Having renovated countless homes, I can help sellers identify and address potential issues before listing, anticipate concerns that may arise during inspections, and prioritize repairs that will have the greatest impact. That experience has also made me a stronger negotiator, helping buyers and sellers work through challenges and keep transactions moving toward a successful closing.
My goal is to provide every client with exceptional service, making the buying or selling process as smooth, efficient, and stress-free as possible.
When I'm not working, I'm a proud cat dad to my orange tabby, Tito. I love traveling around the U.S., whether it's exploring the mountains or relaxing at the beach. I'm also an avid snowboarder and spent much of my teenage years on the slopes at Seven Springs. I've called Pittsburgh's East End home for several years and love discovering new restaurants, neighborhoods, and everything the city has to offer. Knowing the area goes far beyond selling homes—it's a community I'm proud to be a part of.
