Devon Brewer

Devon is a North Carolina native who grew up in the Lake Norman area just outside of Charlotte. She later moved to Raleigh to attend Peace College (now WPU), where she earned a degree in Communication with a concentration in Advertising and Public Relations. Following graduation, Devon built a successful 25 year career in marketing and advertising, working across television, radio, and digital media, where she excelled in both sales and leadership roles. Devon has been married to her husband Clate, who is a General Contractor, for more than 20 years. Early in their relationship, the two recognized the value of combining their strengths, and together decided that Devon would obtain her real estate license to support both his business ventures and their shared passion for real estate investing. Now licensed for over two decades, Devon recently transitioned into real estate full-time after spending the last year and a half helping grow and develop their business. A natural connector, Devon genuinely enjoys bringing people together and building lasting relationships. She thrives on networking and connecting with new people. Her strong attention to detail, commitment to exceptional client service, and passion for all things home make her a trusted resource for both buyers and sellers. Devon also brings a creative eye for design, along with hands-on experience in renovations and home flipping through years of partnering with her husband on investment and remodeling projects. Devon and Clate are proud parents to two wonderful children, Banks and Blythe, and share their home with two golden retrievers. As a family, they love spending time together at the beach, especially out on the boat, as well as enjoying family game nights, movie nights, pickleball and basketball in the driveway. Devon especially enjoys spending time on the tennis court with friends and family. Deeply involved in the community, Devon is passionate about serving others. She volunteers weekly with The Green Chair Project, styling room vignettes for families in need, and is actively involved with her church, Sanderson High School Athletic Club, and National Charity League, where she serves as VP of Philanthropy in Training alongside her daughter. Devon also proudly serves on the Peace Foundation Board for her alma mater, William Peace University. Devon is excited to help clients navigate every step of the real estate journey and looks forward to connecting buyers and sellers with the perfect fit for their next chapter.
