Devon is a second-generation Montauk local with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a passion for marketing, and a lifelong appreciation for the homes, people, and stories that make each hamlet of The Hamptons unique.
She often describes herself as a creative strategist who just so happens to be a real estate agent. To Devon, real estate is equal parts psychology, strategy and problem-solving. She believes sales isn't about persuasion- it's about perception: recognizing value, highlighting strengths, navigating challenges and helping others see possibilities they may have overlooked.
