Diana Roberts is a Compass Austin real estate advisor, Texas Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, California broker, and former brokerage owner with more than 23 years of experience helping clients make informed real estate decisions.

Her approach combines an appraiser's discipline, an owner's accountability, and a marketer's understanding of how buyers respond to a property. Diana studies the complete home, not simply its square footage or ZIP code, to help clients understand supported value, current competition, market positioning, and the tradeoffs behind each decision.

Originally from Budapest, Hungary, Diana came to the United States after studying international marketing at Oxford Brookes University. She entered California real estate in 2003, earned her broker license in 2008, and built her early career in Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach.

In 2011, Diana co-founded Pier to Pier Brokers, an independent South Bay brokerage she helped build before joining Compass in 2019 as a founding member of the company's Manhattan Beach and South Bay presence. Her career spans more than two decades of sales, brokerage, development, and appraisal across California and Texas.

Diana and her family moved to Austin in 2020 and made Serene Hills their home. Today, she advises buyers and sellers throughout Austin, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Serene Hills, Lake Travis, Westlake, Rollingwood, Barton Creek, Tarrytown, Clarksville, Spicewood, Dripping Springs, and the surrounding Hill Country.
