Diane Bercik

Diane Bercik specializes in residential property sales on Maui. She has closed sales across the island with a particular affinity for the North Shore, Upcountry, and the West Side. She loves helping families find their perfect home or fulfill the dream of investing in Maui.

Diane was co-owner and Broker-in-Charge of Maui Paradise Properties prior to joining Compass, giving her an exceptionally strong understanding of the Maui rental market, both short-term (vacation) and long-term, and second-home sales. She frequently helps clients navigate the ins and outs of purchasing, selling, and managing rentals and investment properties. 

Prior to her career in real estate, Diane spent over a decade managing marketing and business development programs for some of the largest international law firms. Originally from Michigan, she has lived and worked in New York City, London, and Chicago. In 2015 she left the corporate city life behind and hasn’t looked back. Diane lives in Paia with her husband Rob, two daughters Eloise & Clementine, and her dog Bender. 

She is active in her community, volunteering with Montessori School of Maui and What Makes You Feel Beautiful, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering girls on Maui. She serves on the Maui Country Club's Membership Committee, the Realtors Association of Maui Government Affairs Committee, and is on the leadership team for the Valley Isle Chapter of Business Network International (BNI). 

Diane loves to cook and experiment with plant-based cuisine, hunt for seashells, discover new hikes and swimming holes, take photos, and is an ever-aspiring tennis player and surfer. Back in the day, she enjoyed traveling all over the globe. Vietnam, Banff, Croatia, and Australia have been some of her most memorable trips. Diane graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations.
