I bought a house with Diane in Q2 of 2020. Diane was recommended by friends and she didn't disappoint. Diane quickly understood what we were looking she helped find and setup visits only to relevant places. She was helpful throughout the process and providing various inspectors, loan offer/suggestions, contractors, etc... She was helpful in negotiating the price. We did try to low-ball a house and she warned us we wouldn't get at that price -- we wanted to take the gmable but she was right. In the end, we were able to get a fantastic house at a great price and within a tight timeline. The most important is perhaps that we're really please with the house we bought and buying a house is a VERY involved process, Diane was incredibly helpful every steps of the way and went above and beyond to help!
